It has been observed that there is a very strong connection between training & employee motivation. My experiences of around twenty years working in Human Resource Department, makes me confident to say that for any kind of work, there has to be certain kind of motivation attached to it, else the results are not fruitful. Training program is one of the way to enhance employee motivation and my experiences allows me to state that in order to maintain employee motivation.
